Channel 5 tonight are to air the brand-new Big Brother Advert at 9:56.
The 60-second promo, created by Channel 5’s in-house creative agency C5 Creative and realised with post production house Earth, is a celebration of the iconic show featuring a host of former Big Brother housemates to remind viewers of some of the unforgettable TV characters that have passed through the house.
Ex-housemates from both the celebrity version and public versions of the show take part in the promo, including ex-Sugababe Mutya Buena, Nikki Grahame, and horse-racing pundit John McCririck. They are seen dancing and lip-syncing to ‘When Bruv Takes Over’, a fresh, Big Brother themed take on David Guetta and Kelly Rowland’s ‘When Love Takes Over’. The trailer will have its TV premiere tonight on Channel 5 at 9.55PM.
Viewers will also be able to watch an exclusive preview of behind the scenes footage of the making of the promo. This will be shown via the Channel 5 website www.channel5.com from 10.00PM on Friday evening.
Jeff Ford, Director of Programmes, Channel 5, comments: ‘As the countdown to the return of Big Brother continues, this promo captures the vibrancy which has made the show such a hit.
