The Daily Star has reported that the new Big Brother House will be the biggest yet and a soundproof wall has been built to keep ALL Noise out!
According to the newspaper the Big Brother production team have been hard at work since April to get the House ready in time for the Launch. The Interior of the House is expected to be finished in two weeks. Producers have even constructed a Soundproof wall in a effort to keep all noise out. An ‘show insider’ revealed: “So many times in the past housemates have heard chants from the crowd about who viewers want out, which ruins it. But this year they will have no idea what’s going on. “The house was completely gutted and it’s being given a new look. Fans will be really impressed.” Big Brother will also be broadcast in HD for the first time this year. Producers for Big Brother have brought 42 cameras, 65 Mirrors and 62 brand-new monitors to get every last moment of Action from the House. “The team have gone all-out to make sure the show is going to work like clockwork and capture every moment so viewers won’t miss a thing, Airing the show in HD has meant replacing a lot of equipment but no expense was spared to make sure it was all top notch. With all the new cameras and hi-tech edit suites, there’s no doubt Big Brother is now the most advanced show on TV. Everything is in place for a great series and the technology being used is amazing.” The Show kicks off soon. Channel 5 have aired the first trailer for Brother 2011. Channel 5 have finally released the eye logo for Big Brother 2011. The Eye was sent to Fan-Websites after 9pm on July 22nd. Channel 5 released the eye inside of a Press Pack. PRESS PACK Channel 5 today reveals its Big Brother logo, ahead of the show’s launch on the channel this August. The series, filmed at the iconic Elstree Studios, will kick off with an all-star celebrity version, which will be directly followe d by the ‘classic’ Big Brother, featuring members of the public. The logo will run across both series. The new branding will first appear on air from 23rd July in ‘teases’ during commercial breakson Channel 5. It was create d by Channel 5’s in-house creative team and branding specialists Hello Charlie. It will go on to form a key part of a major marketing campaign for the show, which will run on-air, across the Channel 5 p ortfolio of channels, in print and online. More details about the Big Brother marketing campaign will be revealed in due course. The Official Big Brother 2011 Logo Jeff Ford, Channel 5, Director of Programmes said: “The new branding really jumps off the page for us and something that I think symbolises Channel 5’s values: straight-talking, direct and not afraid to be different. I am really proud of the work the creative team have done to develop the branding for the show, which will set the tone for the whole series.” Gavin Henderson, Creative Director for Big Brother at Endemol adds: “The Eye logo is part of Big Brother's DNA. This new design moves the brand forward and perfectly captures our confidence in relaunching this iconic series on Channel 5.” Big Brother on Channel 5 will be produced by Endemol UK ’s production arm Initial. Channel 5’s Head of Factual Entertainment, Steve Gowans, will oversee the new series for the channel. Alternative Eye DesignThe Voice of Big Brother himself, Marcus Bentley has confirmed on his twitter page that the Theme tune IS staying. Marcus Bentley, who confirmed today that he was returning to Big Brother, revealed to a Twitter user that the iconic Big Brother Theme would be staying with the show for it's Eleventh Year. The Theme tune which was created by Element Four, has been with Big Brother since it launched in 2000. The Theme was in question on whether it is staying with the show when Channel 5 confirmed that they were keeping the iconic Big Brother Eye. To be honest i'm very happy with the decision made by Channel 5. Two super fans like Brian Dowling and Emma Willis will do the show amazingly! Brian is a good choice. He's spent a whole 2 series in the House during Big Brother 2 (2001) and Ultimate Big Brother (2010). He knows how life is inside the House. He's spent two series in there! I don't think anyone could be a better choice than Brian. Emma is also experienced! She presented Big Brother's Little Brother in 2010 alongside George Lamb. She's the best choice! Marcus Bentley has confirmed himself to be the voice of Big Brother 2011. He tweeted to his followers that he will be narrating Big Brother. "Right guys! I've waited since April to say this ... So here goes, I AM THE VOICE OF BIG BROTHER ! 42 minutes ago via Twitter for iPhone" Fans are happy that Marcus is returning to narrate the show, However many are saying that they have known for months. Channel 5 have finally revealed in a Press-Release that Brian Dowling and Emma Willis will present the new Big Brother for 2011. Brian will be presenting the main Channel 5 show where he will introduce everyone to the New Housemates, interview them when they're Evicted and bringing you the latest information. Emma Willis will be presenting the new spin-off show which is called "Big Brother's Bit on the Side (BBBOTS) which takes over from Little Brother. The show will be a vibrant, fast-paced and edgy take on all the developments and news from the house. Emma will be grilling past housemates, famous super fans and pop culture experts - and really getting to the heart of the stories.
